Privacy

This page explains what we collect on the Ardie website and how we use it. Product privacy terms for signed-in customers will be provided separately as part of onboarding.

Who we are

Ardie operates this website to explain our products and arrange demos. If you need to reach us about privacy, use the contact / demo form and mark your message as a privacy request.

What we collect

When you book a demo, we collect the details you submit: name, work email, company, area of interest, and any message you include. We may also collect standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) from our hosting provider for security and reliability.

How we use it

Demo and contact details are used only to respond to your request, schedule a conversation, and follow up about Ardie products you asked about. We do not sell personal data. Submissions are sent to our server, stored in a restricted database, and are not writable or readable via public client keys.

Security measures

The demo form uses spam controls (including rate limiting and bot checks). We store a hashed form of technical identifiers where needed for abuse prevention, not a marketing profile.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to manage the conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records, then delete or anonymise them when no longer required.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Contact us via the demo form to make a request.

Updates

We may update this notice as the site and product mature. The version on this page is the current one.
